Responsibilities

• Conduct a daily room status review with Front Desk.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality.
• Clean rooms and assist with turnovers during busy periods.
• Support daily refresh service and full room turns.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching to housekeeping team members.
• Maintain par levels for linens, towels, and supplies.
• Monitor linen inventory and communicate needs to Director.
• Assist with supply organization and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and shared spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Oversee daily laundry operations for efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Assist with quality control initiatives and standards.
