Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in housekeeping management systems or mobile apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Staff Supervision: supervise room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff; assign schedules; monitor progress; ensure standards.
• Quality Assurance: conduct daily room checks; report maintenance issues; ensure proper stocking of supplies.
• Training & Development: assist in training staff on procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety.
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor linens and supplies; report stock shortages; keep storage areas organized.
• Guest Interaction & Satisfaction: respond to guest requests and coordinate with front desk for readiness.
• Health & Safety Compliance: enforce PPE use; maintain OSHA standards; conduct safety checks.
