Job description

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the daily housekeeping operation and ensures guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet Dexter’s standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Director, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the housekeeping department. In addition to managing daily room assignments, inspections, and team performance, the Housekeeping Supervisor actively participates in room cleaning and daily operations to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards.

The role works closely with the Front Desk team to coordinate room readiness and maintain a smooth guest arrival experience while supporting the Housekeeping Director in maintaining departmental standards, training, inventory management, and operational excellence.
