Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting.
• At least 6 months housekeeping experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current Michigan driver's license and be insurable under the company’s plan.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety standards and promote a safe environment for housekeeping staff.
• Maintain records of rooms cleaned and file appropriately.
• Complete and submit required reports accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance issues.
• Ensure housekeeping carts and linen closets are stocked and cleaned.
• Support in all housekeeping areas as needed.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure standards before release to Front Desk.
