Qualifications

• High School Diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Housekeeping supervisory or related job experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection report with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift.
• Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness and condition.
• Report substandard conditions or damage to the Housekeeping department.
• Evaluate room cleaners' performance and retraining as needed.
• Notify Front Desk of room status updates and requests.
• Assist Front Desk with room moves and guest requests.
• Answer department phone with friendly etiquette.
• Assist guests with requests and Lost & Found items.
• Check the PMS for room status and updates.
• Secure lost and found items and logs.
• Confirm next-day schedules with cleaners.
• File daily reports and keep records.
