Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Strong verbal communication skills; basic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, and provide amazing service to guests.
• Act as advocate for the hotel and create personally memorable experiences for guests.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
• Ensure lobby, public areas, and meeting spaces are clean and well-prepared.
• Set up and maintain complimentary lobby functions (coffee service, events).
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms on request.
• Receive assignments and keys from supervisor at shift start.
• Check and replenish supplies and tools.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
• Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.
• Various duties as needed.
