Job summary

Residence Inn Claremont is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and maintain our high standards for rooms and public areas.

You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure guest readiness and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or management coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• Active role requiring walking, lifting, and room inspections throughout the day.
• Professional appearance required per the Hotel's standards.

Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that rooms and public areas meet the Hotels’ standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This leadership role is key to motivating the housekeeping team and ensuring consistent performance across shifts.

Key Responsibilities Include:
