InterContinental Hotels Group (via Hotel Indigo) in San Diego seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room and public area attendants, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction while meeting hotel and company objectives.

Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience; fluent English is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are expected to manage staffing and collaborate with other departments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity, including some supervisory training/experience.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor performance and recommend disciplinary action per company rules.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments to deliver quality service.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Inspect rooms, furnishings, equipment, and public areas for cleanliness and repair; retrain staff as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Complete paperwork and closing duties for supplies and maintenance requests.
