Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping and houseperson teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and brand standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will train and support team members, manage daily assignments, and respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining organized spaces and supporting overall operations. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
