Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the Housekeeping Operations, liaising with staff and communicating guest, housekeeper, and inspector needs. They will coordinate with Engineering on work orders and service requests, striving to provide exceptional service and embody Hyatt's culture, promoting Mission Pacific and The Seabird Resort as premier destinations.

Essential Job Functions

1. Prepare daily work boards and assignments using HotSOS and Opera.
2. Dispatch requests to staff and handle guest or department requests.
3. Maintain accurate records of services and requests.
4. Manage supplies inventory.
5. Ensure safety and security, addressing issues like broken glass, electrical hazards, leaks, and suspicious persons.
6. Update room status codes based on engineering updates.
7. Coordinate with departments regarding room statuses.
8. Manage keys and security protocols.
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping office environment.
10. Follow procedures for lost and found items and respect guest property.
11. Communicate effectively across departments via email, radio, phone, or in person.

Qualifications

• Preferred hospitality experience and office management experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English, Excel, and Word.
