The Housekeeping Supervisor at Tolovana Inn will, in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager, play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position involves overseeing the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. By effectively managing resources and implementing best practices, the Housekeeping Supervisor will contribute to the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Ultimately, this role is vital in upholding the reputation of Tolovana Inn as a premier destination in the real estate development and management industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Preferred Qualifications:
