As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the housekeeping staff, preparing room attendant boards, providing training and guidance, inspecting guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards, and responding to guest requests to ensure satisfaction. Marriott brand experience is a plus.
You should have at least one year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or three years in a housekeeping department with proven leadership qualities. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards are essential. Organizational and time management skills are beneficial. Flexibility to work various days and weekends is preferred.
