• Complete guest room assignments accurately and on time.
• Inspect guest rooms to uphold Forbes standards.
• Create room assignments for Housekeeping staff.
• Use software to generate reports.
• Address associate issues through corrective measures.
• Ensure thorough cleaning in accordance with resort protocols.
• Fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Enforce policies and procedures among staff.
• Address infractions promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent English speaking skills.
