Job summary

Hyatt Place Hyatt House Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas.

You will train, schedule, coach staff, assign tasks, and conduct inspections to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction. The role involves safety, inventory management, and occasional cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Understand and communicate in English/Spanish.
• Work schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling or crouching, and use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

They will assist in assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
