Job summary

TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is recruiting for a hotel housekeeping position at Hyatt Place Hyatt House Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA. The role involves guest room cleaning, linen changes, and upkeep to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will be able to greet guests, stand for extended periods, and work varying shifts including holidays and weekends. Training on safety and cleaning procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Understand and communicate in English with guests.
• Maintain physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
• Experience with safety and chemical handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Change bed linens and vacuum room after housekeeper has cleaned the rest of the room.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Additional compensation per room completed correctly and efficiently.
