The role requires 2–3 years in hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and a commitment to high standards. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hotel housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse housekeeping team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering five-star cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and hotel management.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across hotel guest rooms and common areas.
• Inspect cleaned rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities and submit restocking requests as needed.
• Communicate with front desk and hotel management regarding room status, special requests, and guest concerns.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance protocols across all housekeeping activities.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to room cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.
