Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead and coach the housekeeping team, ensuring brand standards are consistently met in daily operations. You will monitor room cleaning progress, audit rooms, and coordinate with front desk to ensure timely updates and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual abilities in Spanish and English, and at least 1 year in housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach housekeeping staff to meet hotel and brand standards.
• Ensure budgets per occupied room minutes are met.
• Oversee room cleaning progress and communicate status to the front desk.
• Audit rooms to ensure standards.
• Record forgotten items with the lost and found/front desk.
• Organize storage areas, assist with deliveries, supplies, and linens; assist with inventory.
• Report daily communications and inspections to managers.
• Distribute and log keys and communication devices and return them at end of day.
• Monitor systems for timely completion of requests.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Report guest issues to management; be a point of contact for guests and staff.
