Job summary
Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry, conduct guestroom inspections, and coordinate VIP services. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards, and communicate across departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
The role requires at least 1 year in housekeeping leadership, bilingual Spanish-English, and strong organizational and computer skills.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalence.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in housekeeping leadership or Inspector/ress role.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Comply with Brand standards and OSHA regulations.
- Manage opening/closing of Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
- Inspect guestrooms daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Prepare VIP rooms and special guest requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve guest satisfaction.
- Supervise room attendants and house/ laundry staff.
- Lead daily stand-up and pre-shift meetings.
- Ensure safety and service standards are met.
