Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met.
• Support housekeeping leadership with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms to achieve high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Train room attendants to complete daily tasks timely and accurately.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets for proper stocking.
• Delegate daily tasks to house porter for trash chute rooms.
• Communicate with Front Office about delays or issues and adjust room status.
