Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, assign rooms, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards in the hotel. You will train and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and support staff, while coordinating with Front Office and other departments.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping leadership experience, excellent communication, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow.
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and departmental records.
