The role includes training staff, supporting hiring, and enforcing safety with PPE and SDS. You will coordinate deep cleaning, inventory, and effective communication across departments.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of housekeeping-related experience in a hotel or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and direct the work of team members.
• Ensure processes and policies are communicated and followed by the team.
• Train new housekeeping employees and document training.
• Coordinate deep cleaning programs to meet brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Review guest arrival reports and accommodate special requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address safety and maintenance concerns.
• Manage inventory and PPE usage per SDS requirements.
• Enter accurate room status in the property management system.
• Adapt staffing to occupancy and workload demands.
• Handle lost and found processes and safety procedures.
• Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships.
