Job summary

Courtyard/Residence Inn, Las Colinas is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public spaces per hotel standards. You will make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities while respecting guest privacy and safety guidelines.

You will report maintenance issues, restock carts, deliver items on request, and assist other departments as needed. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required to keep our guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment highly desired.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to follow job duties.
• Ability to work varied schedule as necessary including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bed making, linen changes, and towel replacement.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Restock amenities and ensure bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with supplies.
• Check and report maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, HVAC) as needed.
• Deliver guest requested items to rooms and assist other departments when necessary.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, PPE, SDS, and hotel security procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status information on daily assignment sheets.
