Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move objects.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties and prepare housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
