InterContinental Miami is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, ensure room standards, and oversee public areas. You will supervise attendants, schedule shifts, and work to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. Strong English and supervisory experience are essential; some college is a plus. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years housekeeping experience.
• Fluent English required; other languages preferred.
• Some college coursework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping activities and staffing.
• Schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Inventory key devices and report discrepancies to Loss Prevention.
• Assign turndown rooms per company standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for quality and maintenance.
• Provide retraining and guidance as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor expenses and minimize waste across housekeeping.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate nightly activities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, Maintenance, and F&B.
• Support deep cleaning projects during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
