Job summary

E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations for guest rooms, residences, and public areas. You will manage a team, ensure branding standards, and control costs while coordinating with Front Office and Engineering for seamless service.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity; condo-hotel experience is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or residential hospitality environment.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in condo-hotel, mixed-use, or branded hotel environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, residential units, public areas, and laundry.
• Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Monitor cleanliness to brand standards and respond to deficiencies.
• Coordinate room status with Front Office to support arrivals and departures.
• Manage departmental budget, labor, supplies, and equipment costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
