Job summary

Fairmont Dallas is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a team and uphold the property's high cleanliness and service standards across all guest areas. You will train staff, create schedules, manage payroll and performance reviews, and coordinate with Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in housekeeping leadership in a hotel, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership.
• Experience in hotel industry.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal) with Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and safety.
• Train and lead Housekeeping team to ensure operation success.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
