Accor is seeking a House Engineer/General Maintenance Supervisor at Fairmont Dallas to lead engineering operations, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure the reliability of HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.

The role requires strong knowledge of building systems, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to coordinate with hotel leadership to meet safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering.
• Knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC equipment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to read gauges and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist engineering operations and repairs.
• Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and safety audits.
• Lead and coach maintenance team.
• Assist with kitchen plumbing electrical and fire/life safety systems as needed.
