Job summary

Sheraton Galleria Dallas, part of Driftwood Hospitality Management, seeks an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department, ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards, and manage budgets and supplies.

You will train and supervise staff, respond to guest concerns, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have Hotel Housekeeping Manager experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to manage multiple tasks and operate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping department to ensure clean, safe guest areas.
• Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Manage budget and supplies for housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
