Job summary

The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas. You will train and mentor staff, perform inspections, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in housekeeping, proven supervisory experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
