Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Willingness to perform essential housekeeping duties and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly hotel conditions.
• Provides training including safety training and standard operating procedures to housekeeping personnel.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards by inspecting rooms during and after cleaning.
• Distributes keys and work assignments to staff; monitors performance and attendance.
