Qualifications

• 6 months - 1+ year hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors.
• Submit warranty submittals to corporate maintenance staff.
• Complete monthly maintenance inventory and submit supply orders.
• Conduct room PMs with maintenance personnel.
• Monitor pool chemical logs and service pool/spa per regulations.
• Maintain plumbing and electrical systems and replace worn parts.
