Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily Front Office operations and elevate guest experiences in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

You will coach a diverse Front Office team, ensure seamless check-in/out, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Engineering to deliver outstanding service consistent with M Social standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Front Office or hotel guest service.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or PMS is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations and guest service.
• Support Front Office Manager with department operations.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room availability.
• Coach and develop Front Office team members.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and F&B.
