Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, assisting guests, and complying with safety protocols. Prioritize detail, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to support a vibrant hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good English language communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Public Area Cleaning of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Maintain appearance and presentation of public hotel spaces.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Follow safety procedures and properly store cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support events and daily operations.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues promptly.
