Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to lead daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments at our Savannah property. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while coordinating with other departments and maintaining Brand and OSHA standards.

Essential leadership, bilingual communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership skills demonstrated in fast-paced hotel environments.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with staff and guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard hotel software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train and develop staff.

• Oversee daily operations of opening/closing of Housekeeping and Laundry.
• Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve guest satisfaction and communication.
• Lead stand-up and pre-shift meetings; ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Train associates on service standards and safety practices; allocate resources as needed.
