Job summary

Aloft Savannah Downtown is seeking a housekeeping supervisor/inspector to manage daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments. You will conduct daily guestroom inspections, prepare VIP rooms, and coordinate with other departments to boost guest satisfaction.

Lead staff with training on cleanliness standards, safety, and 4 Keys service, while maintaining logs, room statuses, and efficient scheduling to ensure top-tier hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in housekeeping or inspector role.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry openings/closes.
• Inspect guestrooms daily for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Prepare VIP rooms and special guest requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room status, vacancies, check-outs, and stayovers with front office.
