Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a House Attendant to maintain pristine guest corridors, rooms, and public areas while delivering requested amenities and supporting housekeeping operations. The role supports a luxury island retreat with a focus on guest comfort and meticulous service.

Candidates must have legal US work authorization and be able to stand for long periods, including lifting up to 75 lbs. The job offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, along with on-island housing

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, public areas, elevators, stairwells, and service spaces through regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Refresh guest rooms and lanais/balconies with clean amenities and supplies, ensuring spaces are neat and guest-ready.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly, including additional room amenities and equipment (e.g., irons, cribs, rollaways)
• Stock and replenish linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, supplies, and amenities; transport clean linen to guest floors.
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and transport to designated areas.
• Assist housekeeping team with room preparation tasks, including moving furniture, stripping beds, and handling linens and draper y

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT T O BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required .
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts
