Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is looking for a Public Area/House Attendant who will maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of all public spaces and restrooms, stock supplies, and assist guests with courtesy and knowledge. The role requires legal work authorization in the United States, ability to stand for long periods, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Earn $29.13 per hour with comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, housing support, and on-island perks.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep
• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures are clean and free of marks
• Clean and maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms through sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Remove trash and debris from all assigned public and back-of-house areas
• Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well maintained
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels and guest amenities
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces, offering assistance in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience

HOUSEKEEPING PUBLIC AREA/HOUSE ATTENDANT

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Public Area/House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Public Area/House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of all public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and restrooms. This role ensures all areas are clean, organized, and well‑stocked at all times, consistently meeting Four Seasons standards to support a safe, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
