Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join our housekeeping team on Lana'i to ensure exceptional guest comfort and immaculate rooms. The role emphasizes guest service, attention to detail, and adherence to luxury standards in a tropical resort setting.

Responsibilities include servicing guest rooms, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across bedroom, living and bathroom spaces, with daily duties aligning to our elevated Four Seasons guest experience.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Hawaii health clearance (TB) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest room services and respond to housekeeping requests to ensure guest comfort.
• Clean, dust, stock, organize and sanitize all areas of the guest room per Four Seasons standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Guestroom Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.
• Cleans, dusts, stocks, organizes and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to Four Seasons standards and procedures.

WHAT TO BRING

• Su ccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Weekend and holiday availability required
