Four Seasons Resort Lana'i in Lanai City, Hawaii, seeks a dedicated House Attendant to uphold pristine guest spaces and deliver exceptional service. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a commitment to working flexible hours including holidays.

You'll support housekeeping by cleaning corridors, refreshing rooms, stocking supplies, and assisting with bed-making and arrival tasks.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, public areas, elevators, stairwells, and service spaces through regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Refresh guest rooms and lanais/balconies with clean amenities and supplies, ensuring spaces are neat and guest-ready.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly, including additional room amenities and equipment (e.g., irons, cribs, rollaways).
• Stock and replenish linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, supplies, and amenities; transport clean linen to guest floors.
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and transport to designated areas.
• Assist housekeeping team with room preparation tasks, including moving furniture, stripping beds, and handling linens and drapery.

Housekeeping House Attendant

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You'll Do

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
