Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Director of Housekeeping for the Hampton Inn & Suites Arundel Mills/Baltimore in Hanover, MD. You will lead the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and all areas are spotless and inviting while inspiring a team and upholding high standards of service.

The role requires progressive hospitality experience and supervisory skills, with strong communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field, or a 2-year college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to manage financial information and analyze complex data.
