Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk to join our dedicated team in Black Hawk, Colorado. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $24.00 with swings (PM) shifts and a bilingual-friendly environment focused on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

You will coordinate calls, support housekeeping tasks, assist with guest requests, and collaborate with front desk and VIP teams to ensure rooms are prepared promptly and to the highest standards.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and transfer calls from the office across multiple areas and lines.
• Interact with guests and team members to address requests and concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests between inspector/guests and engineering.
• Direct daily guest room cleaning tasks from office systems.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on floors and with attendants.
• Collaborate with front desk and VIP teams on room rushes.
• Report unusual situations to housekeeping management.
• Perform other assignments from the Director of Housekeeping.

Job Title: Housekeeping Clerk

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Swings (PM)

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• The team member will have to answer and at times transfer calls in the office from various areas, including guest rooms, other departments, outside lines, and engineering
• Team member will interact with guests and guest requests/complaints and other team members in several different departments
• Coordinates maintenance from the inspector and/or guests to engineering for repair. They will also coordinate the completion of the maintenance issue.
• Coordinate daily guest room cleaning from the office computer to the inspector.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on the floors, butlers and senior attendants.
• The team members will also work closely with the front desk and VIP on room rushes for VIP’s or groups.
• Reporting any unusual situation to the housekeeping management
• Other assignments given to them by the Director of Housekeeping
