Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk to support daily room cleaning and guest services. The role involves handling calls, coordinating guest requests, and assisting the housekeeping team.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $24, with swings (PM) shifts. Bilingual preferred but not required, and opportunities for career growth within a luxury resort.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer calls from various areas, including guest rooms and other departments.
• Interact with guests, handle requests and complaints, and coordinate with team members.
• Coordinate maintenance with inspector/guests to engineering for repairs.
• Coordinate daily guest room cleaning from the office computer to inspectors.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on floors, butlers and senior attendants.
• Collaborate with front desk and VIP for room rushes.
• Report unusual situations to housekeeping management.
• Perform other assignments from the Director of Housekeeping.
