Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk to join a luxury resort environment. You will support daily housekeeping operations, coordinate guest room readiness, and assist guests and team members across departments.

This role involves handling calls, managing requests, and maintaining a friendly, reliable presence. Bilingual preferred. Full-time benefits include PTO, holidays, health coverage after 90 days, and a bus-transport subsidy.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls in the office from guest rooms, other departments, outside lines, and engineering.
• Interact with guests and respond to requests and complaints; assist team members across departments.
• Coordinate maintenance from inspectors and guests to engineering for repairs.
• Coordinate daily guest room cleaning from the office computer to the inspector.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on floors, butlers and senior attendants.
• Collaborate with front desk and VIP on room rushes for VIPs or groups.
• Report unusual situations to housekeeping management.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Throughout the day, the office clerk will be responsible for handling these and other tasks.
• The team member will have to answer and at times transfer calls in the office from various areas, including guest rooms, other departments, outside lines, and engineering.
• Team member will interact with guests and guest requests/complaints and other team members in several different departments.
• Coordinates maintenance from the inspector and/or guests to engineering for repair.
• They will also coordinate the completion of the maintenance issue.
• Coordinate daily guest room cleaning from the office computer to the inspector.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on the floors, butlers and senior attendants.
• The team members will also work closely with the front desk and VIP on room rushes for VIP’s or groups.
• Reporting any unusual situation to the housekeeping management.
• Other assignments given to them by the Director of Housekeeping.
