Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk for the Swings (PM) shift, offering $24.00 per hour. The role involves coordinating guest room cleaning, handling calls, and interacting with guests across departments to maintain exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and at times transfer calls in the office from various areas, including guest rooms, other departments, outside lines, and engineering.
• Interact with guests and guest requests/complaints and other team members in several different departments.
• Coordinate maintenance from the inspector and/or guests to engineering for repair; coordinate completion of the maintenance issue.
• Coordinate daily guest room cleaning from the office computer to the inspector.
• Coordinate shampooing projects on the floors, butlers and senior attendants.
• Work closely with the front desk and VIP on room rushes for VIPs or groups.
• Report any unusual situation to housekeeping management.
• Other assignments given by the Director of Housekeeping

Job Title: Housekeeping Clerk

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Swings (PM)

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
