Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for our newest inpatient facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will maintain cleanliness, perform routine custodial duties, restock supplies, and support daily operations under the guidance of the Executive Director.

No formal education is required; at least two years of related experience is preferred, and if you are in recovery a minimum one-year sobriety is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility.
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director.
