Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, Colorado is hiring a Housekeeping Aide for our newest inpatient facility. You will help maintain cleanliness and the smooth function of our property and plant, supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

We value reliability and strong communication. No formal education is required, two years of related experience is preferred, and sobriety is welcome.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director

What You'll Do
