Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick is seeking a dedicated Facilities Associate to maintain cleanliness and the smooth operation of our 93-bed residential facility.

You will perform routine custodial duties, complete daily to monthly checklists, report concerns to the Executive Director, and support a five-star, compassionate care environment. No formal education is required; a minimum of two years related experience is preferred; sobriety is expected if in recovery.

• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.

• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
