Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Newly remodeled, our expansive building provides a five-star experience as clients begin their recovery, with a medical and clinical team on call 24/7 to respond to every need.

The atmosphere is one of acceptance, hope, and healing, and our workplace culture values staff and clients alike.

Qualifications

No formal education required.
Minimum of two years' related experience preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.
Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility.
Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director.

What You'll Do
