Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to perform daily housekeeping tasks in patient/resident areas and support overall cleanliness and safety.

The role requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, trash).
• Assist in cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Empty ashtrays daily; clean walls, ceilings, and floors as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintain clean maintenance work areas and manage supplies usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Work well as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors
