Rosemountcc is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to support residents and staff in maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, assist with room and common area cleaning, and help uphold infection control practices with attention to detail and care for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong English communication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms cleaning, and trash removal.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas and hallways.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Report hazardous conditions or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions.
• Maintain appearance of maintenance work areas and minimize waste of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors

• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment

• Empties ashtrays daily and cleans walls, ceilings, and floors as needed

• Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor

• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices

• Maintains the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimizes waste of supplies

• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues

• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA requirements
